Love the Spring! We enjoyed the warm weather at the beach and continued our outreach efforts in Lincoln Homes. The children were so excited to share the gospel and pray for others. I am in awe of their boldness and confidence to tell others about Jesus. They may forget the fun activities, events and food, but they will not forget the things they learn about Jesus. This is the main reason this ministry exists- to reach children with the gospel at an early age, so they can be a change agent in their family, community and the world.

Isa 54:13 And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children.

It has been a challenging year as the children completed school. We want to congratulate them in their success this year as they are promoted to the next grade.

We celebrate the life of Ja’marrion Hill, who transitioned to Heaven on May 4, 2021. Ja’marrion was such a blessing and joy to know as he was full of joy and big laughter in a little body.

On August 2, 2020, Ja’marrion raised his hand a class on salvation and baptism. He said “I’m ready”. The Holy Spirit was pulling on his heart and he was ready now to surrender his life to Jesus. Ja’marrion accepted Jesus in his heart and now -without a doubt- he is experiencing the joys of Heaven. Amen.

Psalms 16:11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

We continue with our community outreach efforts in the Elmwood Terrace and Woodcrest Terrace - praying for others and planting seeds in the soils of people’s hearts. We went on our first nature walk at Neuse State Park with an added bonus of an civil war camp. The children experienced the life of a military person with tents, campfire and muskets.

Our favorite place to hang out is Herman Park. The kids love riding the train. It is a mini amusement park with wild screams as the go through the tunnel. Jesus loves to see His children enjoying the life He gives. Yay!
