Lion of Judah Arts & Worship Center is a faith-based organization that serves those in need of hope and healing due to struggles with life issues and/or exposure to an at-risk environment.
We provide structured and free flowing classes that allow students to express their creativity through various art forms to bring healing one heart at a time.
We honor our students by providing a safe environment that emphasizes a trust, nurturing, truth and love.
We combine art with our love for God. The classes are inclusive of creative arts, performing art and fine arts. We embrace the diversity of art forms that will bring glory to God.
We seek creative ways to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through as many viable means as possible.
We seek to establish a strong a educational and spiritual foundation to build confidence and strengthen learning skills.
We seek to engage parents with visits in the home. We provide referrals to services, activities and classes to improve their quality of life.

Our parents agree that Lion of Judah Arts & Worship Center is achieving the goal to provide hope, healing and freedom for success.
All of our children come from low income families that would not have exposure to the benefits of our program if there was a fee.
Our parents shared that our program has a positive impact on their children resulting in positive improvement in their behavior.
The average time a child is involved in our program is currently 3.5 years. One hundred percent of our parents reported they would recommend the program to another family.
We engage the community with free events and resources. Since 2012, We have completed several outreach events that include block parties, socials events or holiday celebrations resulting over many people making a decision to accept Christ. The children have prayed for many people the streets of our city and canvas communities door to door to boldly share the gospel. See our Paw Prints Blog for the latest events.
We actively seek to bring hope to children through freedom of expression in the arts as worship. We provide free classes, hot meals, life skills and activities that encourages creativity and builds confidence.
We value the institution of family and seek to empower families one child at a time. We have completed service projects to support those in need to teach the joy of giving. This includes feeding families displaced from Hurricane Matthew, providing hygiene bags to the homeless shelter and making face mask for families during the Coronavirus pandemic.
We have several volunteer opportunities and hope you will unite your passion with purpose to transform our community through arts and worship.
You are critical in our mission to make Joyful Hope, Absolute Healing and Boundless Freedom accessible to every child because nearly every aspect of our nonprofit organization is impacted by volunteers and donors. We depend on you and so do our kids and families we serve free of charge.
We provide free classes for children ages 5-17. We emphasize art in leadership, life skills, learning and outreach.
